Last day of August 2008

I have been wanting to start a blog for a long time. I decided why not today.

I am excited! I get to see all my girls today. When they were growing up I never realize that the day would come when they would all grow up and "leave the nest". When they are babies that time seems all so far away and then one day it just happens. They grow up and get married and become responsible adults. A sign you have done your job. I miss when they were little....yet I don't. I love the fact I can talk to them on an adult level. I love the fact they are independent. Yet I miss them needing me.....

My girls plan on meeting for supper today and then hamburgers tomorrow. I am excited I get to see all of them "2 days in a row"!

Here is one of the most recent pictures I have of my girls. They are left to right....Ashley, Allison, and Amanda. This picture was taken on Father's Day. Beautiful aren't they...Each has their on special qualities. I have been blessed to have them in my life. I thank God for them daily.

My newest little blessing is Haelee born in March 2008. She is a blessing. Such a sweet little girl with a precious smile.

She is so beautiful. I love her smile and her happy little carefree self. I am sure every Grandmother says that. I do not understand people who do not love the little ones. She is so very special and will always be. Thanks Haelee for being apart of my life. You have a place in my life that no other grandchild will have.....you are the first. You will always be special because of that. She is 5 months old in this picture. Her mom dressed her up special because she knew I was picking her up from the sitters to watch her and spend some time together that afternoon.
