3 Dresses

Had a fun week-end looking for dresses....

One child in Deer Park....One child LaPorte...Equals 2 homecoming dresses...

Started in Baybrook found the perfect dress....Problem...wrong size. Thought we found the perfect size close to home....wrong.....Wound up at a 3rd J C Penney's for the right size. Beautiful dress...Black with a full glittery netting skirt...tea length, with a halter style top. Beautiful dress.......she will look great!

Dress number 2 came from Dillard's Black and White, length at the knee...good price..regularly over 130 on sale for 78 marked down again to 48.....

Dress number 3 came from J C Penney's it is a floor length Fuchsia dress with lots of tiny pleats in the skirt. Has spaghetti straps and slips over her head. This one was priced too good to pass it up. She always needs banquet formals and this year is the prom.....Colton's. So for the price I went ahead and bought it. She will need 4 to 5 formals this year. I told her I buy them this year and she will rotate them to all the fun things next year, except her prom.....I will buy a new one then.

We bought 2 others in the process and took them home, then returned them on Sunday. One of the dresses cost as much as 2 of the other ones. Nice dress, but ridiculously expensive.

We went to dinner and a game of Putt Putt on Friday{Colton went with us}, dinner and dress shopping on Saturday, and dinner along with dress returning on Sunday. Thought about going to Dallas to see Ashley and Josh, but never could get ahold of them. So we blew off that idea.

We are taking Haelee's picture on Thursday at JC Penney's. I am so excited! They have cute backgrounds and I have seen some of their work. She is alittle over 6 months old and hasn't had a professional picture taken since 1 month old. Can't wait to see these!! I think I will look for a dress on Wednesday when I am off. I want her to be in frilly little dress.

Work on Monday-Tuesday....VACATION!! Yeah...Becky

Shop til you drop, heh? I bet w/2 girls you do plenty of shopping for clothes! My dd is at DPJH, so I have a lot of that stuff to look forward to. I saw a post by a mom who made her daughter's mum for homecoming in one night and it was beautiful, but man it looked like a lot of work! I guess we'll do anything for our angel girls. Really like your blog. :)
